Alfredo Sauce

1/4 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup cream
5 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese from your gourmet grater
3 cloves garlic paste from your grater
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper (more or less, to taste)
2 tbsp. dry parsley or 1/2 cup fresh
1 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg from your grater

The best way to make this consistent is to use a blender. Put cream cheese, cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper, and nutmeg in blender. Blend until there are no clumps, pour into saucepan on medium heat, cook for about 10 minutes. While cooking add parsley (if fresh chop finely) and save some for garnish.
Cook your favorite pasta – I recommend fettuccini . If you want you may add chicken, bacon or any of your favorite meats. .
Pour desired amount over pasta. Cook selected meat in sauce to absorb flavor; If seafood, use a different pan and then add over pasta before pouring Alfredo Sauce.
